    Re: BV7 - Beocenter 9300 question

If I understand you correctly then, the BC9300 and BV7 are in different rooms? You will only be able to select V.Mem with the Beo4. There is no V.Mem button on the 9300.

V.MEM is the same as V.TAPE.

I assume the Beocenter and the 9300 are in different rooms. If that's the case set the both Beocenter and the Beovision to Option 2.

When in the Beocenter 9300 room, simply call V.MEM from your Beo4, or V.Tape from a Beolink remote, and all the commands will be transferred. It is however difficult to control an Apple TV without a screen.

On the Beocenter 9300 itself, there is no Key for V.TAPE. But I think you can use the AUX button, followed by a number.

I think AUX then 1 (pressed within 1 second) is for TV.

AUX then 2 is for sat...

    Re: BV7 - Beocenter 9300 question

    Hello

thanks for both of your replies

yeah the BC9300 will be in a different room to the BV7, the bc9300 will be connected to some passive speakers in my kitchen.

i will have to use the beo4 to select Vmem and and control the volume,  i use apple remote app to control my apple tv around the house so the lack of screen will not be a problem.

can vmem be selected using the AUX......1,2,3,4,5 method do you know??

also if i have the most up to date software on the TV will it allow me to watch DTV (hdmi) in the lounge and access the Apple tv sound in the kitchen if it is only connected via HDMI without the delay i read about or will i have to connect with Phono to get the sound via masterlink??

    Thanks again

Not sure it works like that on a 9300. Just tried pressing AUX on one I have at the moment. Just the AUX light comes on. When I had a 9000 connected to my BV3-32. If you pressed AUX, AUX would light up but so would the numbers 1,2,3,4 & 8. 1-4 would send the sound from 4 different sources connected to TV through the 9000's speakers. For example.

    AUX, 1 - RF connection

    AUX, 2 - STB

    AUX, 3 - VCR

    AUX, 4 - DVD

AUX, 8 - sent the input from the mic connection straight to the speakers.
