Hi from New Zealand.

I have two Mark 1 Beocomm 6000 Dect phones now!  Is there anyway to empty the previous owners address book completely without having to delete one at a time?

Also,  How does the B and O volume up and down work for my beosound?  One of the phones works well, the other I have to get right up close to the stereo for the phone to volume up/down.  Is there an hidden infrared port on the phone that needs a cleaning?  All I can see are two little dots at the top of the phone/
