Hi All This is my first post Hope i am doing this correctly well here goes

I hope someone can help? I purchased a used 7-40 Mk2 a couple of months ago which is the first Bang and Olufsen product i have purchased. upon setting it up in my lounge i could not recieve any freeview channels so checking i had the ariel cable in the correct connection on the tuner module in the back of the TV i still could not recieve any channels so after a few phone calls i was told to do a reinstall all and input 12 specific frequencies into the tuner module which worked although the next problem is when i bring up the programme guide on screen the channels are visable but the time and programmes are speradic fliking from screen to screen different programmes and times are visable so fliking from page to page eventually you may get the programmes visable that you want. I have been told that it is a time problem and to set the DTV clock to manual on all channels but still no joy I live in Cumbria and i have a Toppy 5800 pvr which shows full strength and quality signal and the DTV on the 7-40 shows quality and strength over 95% (if i stand on my garage roof at night i can see the red lights on the Caldbeck Transmitter approx 25miles away

Sorry for going on a little Hope you can understand what i am going on about 

Has anyone had this problem and does anyone know the fix
