    BeoLink comes to the iPhone

Today B&O sent an email re the new BeoLink app for the iPhone (http://www.bang-olufsen.com/beolink-home-controller-iphone-app). I downloaded it, and was hoping for some for instant action, but the app started 'searching'. Can anyone fill me in on the rest of the requirements ... for example, is the BeoLink gateway anything more than a masterlink set-up?

Yes, the masterlink gateway is a seperate box for use in complete beoliving installments. The App can not be used without the ML gateway.

Thanks Ehlerz. Is this 'box' a B&O piece of kit, like the BeoLink PC? Could you please provide more details. Mike

    Hi again

Yes, the B&O ML gateway is a seperate box. You can read much more about it on their website

    http://www.bang-olufsen.com/masterlink-gateway

The cost of this piece of equipment is about 3.000 US $ as far as i know.

Mmmmmmm. A free app to access a piece of kit which costs thousands of dollars!
