Hi all

Not been a good day bnowise(see other posting) - got a bs4 which I am wanting to play vinyl through and also possibly record to sd card - all set up, rca input into in sockets, tried a-aux on beo4, shift /radio bl1000 --  nothing!

Anyone out there point me in the right direction    --  have check the handbook think I'm doing everything as directed

I assume that you are using some form of DIN to RCA adapter. If so, is it the correct one to pick up the correct pins in the DIN?

the din had been removed, and rca's fitted as the dck was used with a mission amp - i assume the leads are fine however will make up an rca to din piece and use it with the bc9300 to check - have also had this problem getting a sony deck to work as well - lying in the pit last night struck me it might be in the option selection as the sony unit worked thro' the bs brfore i linked it to the mx7000 - hey ho lifes never easy/simple!

Did you set A-AUX in BC4 menu settings / options to "ON" ?

Tried that Vienna still don't work - made up the rca to din 7 (audio link), tried the bg with the bc9300 works a treat - so problem is in the bs4 me thinks - I'll try resetting the beast to factory settings and start from there - maybe the unit software is somehow compromised!

Re the model show over the weekend, some poor sole was killed by a runaway model plane saturday afternoon - couldn't believe it a poxy hick show so to speak and some family loses a loved one!
