Hello Beofriends! There is something that bothers me for three years now. My CD 3300 is in good working condition and I use it quite often. But playing a CD, the first some three minutes and the last some three minutes are mechanically pretty noisy. What is the reason for that? Is there anybody with similar experiences? 										      Martin, it´s from the deck. It is a very fast bright uiuiuiuiuiuiuiui, something like that, actually not very loud but very disturbing if you listen to classic music with low volume. Does it sound like the edge of the CD catching very slightly on the loading tray? Does it slow down when you go from track 1 to the last track on the CD? Chris. The use of metaphors should be avoided like the plague. They're like a red rag to a bull to me. | |

Chris, the course seems to be completely correct. The player starts the reading without calamities, everything fine so far. But what are those strange noises I tried to describe? Why do they vanish, and come back two or three minutes before the Cd finishes? Perhaps I should not be too strict with that  player, it is almost 25 years old and all in all it sounds fine. But it´s strange anyway. Beomaster 900, 901, 1000, 1001, 1900, 2200, 3000, 4000, 6000, 8000. Beocord 1100. Beocenter 1800, 7002. Beovox S 45, S 60, 500, 4000. Hojttaler S, S 607.
