Hello fellow Beo-fans,
My BC9000 suffers from an oxidized mute relay. I have my speakers connected to the "speakers 2" output, but would like to get a link system soon, so I want to get the "speakers 1" output working again. I wondered if this part listed on Ebay for a BC9500 is the right one to repair my BC9000?
Sorry no, that is not the correct relay. The board pictured is the CD on/off relay.
The "mute" relay is on board 60, the power supply and output amplifier.
Regards Graham
Why?
A new relais is around 2 Euro...
I'm not sure, the BC9500 has a 9V relais, but a 6V Type in seriel with 3 x 1N4002 diodes will also work...
