Quick question. We have a 7-32 which must now be 3-4 years old. In recent weeks it has started -on a fairly random basis - to not recognise our remotes. At this point nothing works. We can't change channels, change volume or even switch the TV off. We have to switch the TV off at the wall.
When plugged back into the power socket the TV returns to full operation.
This happens with our 2 Beo4 remotes and our Beo 5 remote so the TV is the common link.
Any thoughts on what might be going wrong and how to sort it.
Are we talking a software update for some bizarre reason or could this be something more significant/ expensive ?
