I have the opportunity to buy a BV3 from May 2003, but there is a problem : 

after 2 hours playing, it goes out, and 5 minutes later it can be switche on again.

is it worth for 300€  ?

Honestly, I wouldn't buy it. There are several second hand opportunities right now. Look for a fully working one.
