    Beoworld problem?

I logged in this morning and was reading the first of four pages of unread posts since my last log-in.  I received an "error" notice on three separate posts I was trying to open in order to read.  Anyone else receiving the "error" message below?

Yes. Not quite sure what is going on but Lee and I noticed this last night. Working on it!

No problems here. May be a temporary issue?

Only affecting a couple of threads. I thougt it was me initially as I had posted a picture to answer a query just as it happened to me. Now less sure!

    Hello van!

For example with this one (just tried it and got the "error message")

    http://forum.beoworld.org/forums/thread/23498.aspx

entitled "MX5500 and VX5000 purchased, but have a problem!"

That is the one! I was adding an answer to it last night - I added a jpg of a manual page and got the same message and still do if I try to open the thread.

    Re: Beoworld problem?

    Hi Peter

I notice I can view all the individual posts apart from the one you added Peter which gives an error. This means that when anyone views the entire thread an error is returned.

What was the file you were trying to add?

A jpg of a manual page. Done this before with no problem. Can you delete my post and see what happens?

    Hi

I can't get through to your post as it is the one with the error. I can view all of them apart from yours. I will investigate further. Thanks for your assistance.

I have moved the thread to the problem folder for the meantime and asked if Ray could re post his original question.

    Hi Wings

We can only find one post with an error on "MX5500 and VX5000" post. We have removed this post and recreated it without the error. Could you kindly let me know which other posts you were experiencing problems with.

    Many thanks for your help

    Re: Beoworld problem?

    Hi, Van.

Sorry, I can't recall the other threads.  I didn't think to write down the topics which were presenting problems.  If it is any consolation, no similar problems have arisen since my original post.

    Thank you.
