    Idle current settings ?
Replace the trimmers and readjust to factory specs.
Do the DC offest trimmers too.
It's very common to see the trimmers go bad. They don't just go out out adjustment, they lose contact.
Sometimes they are even found physically broken.

    Hi,

My Beomaster 6000 keeps relatively lukewarm, and even when pushed hard (very rare, just for testing purposes), it never becomes alarmingly hot. Bear in mind that the right side is always a bit hotter because the PSU regulators are there, thus communicating some of their warmth to the neighbouring amp!
