    beovision 3500mx sound problem

    Sound is dead; seem to remember pressing a key on the remote some (long) time ago and sound dead ever since. Now have new functional remote (thanks ebay) but still no joy

     Any suggestions?

    maybe you pressed ' mute " ?

    and or does this new link work on other sets properly ?

    remote works fine, sound did return for a while but has gone again, and, no I didn't press mute

    you have set it to use external speaker (passiv)

    can't remember what to do... try "text" and then "sound"
