    Backlight question

    Just received our new Beo 5 from the dealer. Question is when is the backlight behind the hard buttons to be on? Sometimes it is on and sometimes it is not when the touch screen is lit.

    Hmm... I only ever see the backlight on when the touch screen is lit.

    Our backlight behind the hard buttons does not always come on when the touch screen is lit.

    When the light in your room is too bright, the keybad stays off. In the dark the keypad should always light up!

    Thanks!  That sounds like what ours is doing. I have noticed if I sit move it into a shadow or darker area the light comes on. Much appreciated!
