Did you upgrade to the BV7-55? I remember you had a smaller BV7 last time you posted this picture. A beautiful room made even better!

Well if it isn't around there will always be another!
We also have the photo album, but you need to be a Silver/Gold member and ask the administrator if you want to post a photo. Probably to protect from spammers.
Always a good backup plan!

Yes I upgraded a month ago but I'm not sure if the room got any better. The BV 7-55 is a bit big for my taste.
I even tried a black fret to make the speaker "invisible".
Which one do you prefer, silver or black fret?

Thank you!
I'm the 3rd owner. Mid '80s. Renovated by Dillen. He also supplied the stands. I also have Beovox S120 in white. Dillen did those too. Below S120 in the back. It's an old picture and I got alot more space these days.
Great thread otherwise. Keep it comming.

Well congratulations! I think I prefer the black fret, due to the fact I have nearly become tired of always seeing the silver ones. I honestly have never seen one in black before! Additionally, the black fret seems to match the frets on the rest of you're labs in a way.
Okay, off to class now, be back soon!

John, I don't know if it's just the way you decorate but your photos always have a nice warm glow to them. Very nice !
PS: Where is the Beogram tonearm ? EDIT: I'll answer that myself... Looks like the photo was taken with a looong shutter time. Both the 33 and 45 RPM lights are lit proving that the tonearm was travelling the whole trip back and forth as the photo was taken. Also a wonderful photo !

The best way to do it! Beautiful rooms John. I especially like the white-beo themed office, well done!

Thanks guys
The rooms are all lit by my collection of old lamps. The living room shot is lit with seven individual lamps all with lovely incandescent bulbs (I hate energy savers) and this probably accounts for the warmth :)
Some great shots - keep this thread going as I'm particularly loving the shots where old and new are on display together!

What I love about this photo of yours is the first things you see when you look at it are the gorgeous LED displays on the Beomaster.

Wow! Some really beautiful places here! Don't think I can really compete with mine but I will post a few pics in a minute.
Can anyone enlighten me though as to how to stop my photos appearing massive on the post?

My main system thats actually in use is the one in my avatar. The 900RG Compact supplies the record deck source and also the AM radio for listening to the cricket. It just doesnt sound the same on digital radio! A CDX is used for CD's.
Acanthus, if you ever need a house sitter for a year or two, keep me in mind. Lovely place you have there.
