    Lutron Spacer System

Has anyone used Lutron's "Spacer" IR light dimmers?

They seem to be a more reasonably priced alternative to the grafik eye?

Are there any BEO5 codes for the "Spacer" system?

    Thanks

    Re: Lutron Spacer System

I used the Spacer System in a project a few yaers ago and it worked quite well. The current ownwers are satisfied with the performance. The system does not have Beo control, so it is best used in a single room application where budget is of concern.

I may just pick up a B&O grafik  eye. .

would probably be a better solution

    Re: Lutron Spacer System

I called B&O North America Tech Support in Chicago. . They led me to believe the Spacer system can be controlled from the BEO5?

Anyone know anything about it?  It looks to be a GREAT alternative to a grafik eye for a one room application.

    Re: Lutron Spacer System

Apparently Lutron has made the system compatible with "most" learnable remotes. See:

    http://www.lutron.com/cms400/page.aspx?id=16380&mn=1759

and download the tech specs or the literature. So the Beo 5 might be able to control it.
