    Multi-Region DVD1

    I'm sure this has been asked many a time before but I can't seem to find any information on it so have had to post sorry!

    Basically I have a DVD1 which has had a new DVD Mech fitted to it and I would like to make it Multi-Region.

    Does anyone know if there is a way of doing this without fitting the chip as I don't want to void the warranty and so I wondered if there is a way to do it in the software like you can on the DVD2 by entering the codes.

    Any info would be greatly appreciated.

    It can be done with a special (?)remote control and a list of instructions (and possibly a few attempts!

    Find a tame B&O engineer to do it for you.
