This is one of the questions you carry around for about two months before daring to ask - simply because it is so embarrassing to ask. 
I managed to overwrite my dealer's awkward settings and to reprogram my Beo 5 according to my own wishes by obtaining the Beo 5 configuration SW.
Well, maybe his settings weren't so awkward at all; I noticed that with my fancy new programming all functionality in the round part of the remote is gone. No arrow keys, no colour keys, even the OFF key only works when pressing it for more than two seconds.
How do I get those key's functionality back into my remote!
