    incompatibilty between B&O tvs and Amstrad sky+HD boxes?

    Has anyone else come across this before?  I have had two Amstrad boxes and in both cases we could not receive HD picture.  Sky has now installed a Pace box, and we get HD no problems.  They have suggested an incompatibilty issue

     

    The tv is a 7 mark iii

    My Samsung one works fine - I insisted I did not get an Amstrad as the Amstrad Sky+ box I had was appalling. Even when I was younger and Amstrad was  a new firm selling Hi-Fi, Amstrad was known for having a one year guarantee - guaranteed to break in 1 year.
