I have a BV7-32 with the following serial numbers :

Type: 9312

Item: 1816681

Serial: 1884XXXX

I would like to update it in order to the latest firmware and PCM 2.0 over coax . My dealer is useless ! Is someone has the SW number that I should ask ? Any part number ?

Assuming you have never had your Beovision 7-32 Mark I updated to make it HD ready, then the latest TV software version is 6.33 with a part number of 8344431

If you have previously had your Beovision 7-32 updated to make it HD ready, then the situation is a little more complex.
