When you say a grey screen, do you mean the whole screen goes grey ? how long does this happen ?

A grey screen of any sort is normally a menu  screen

    Regards Keith....

If this is happening when switching to a HD source, then it is a know issue.  In the main if it is what B&O have called "HD mute" it will manifest itself as a snowstorm of colours on the screen which can look prodominantly grey.  In many cases switching to a non HD source and back again can clear it.There is now a fix for this which you can get your dealer to fit for you, it will mean replacing the scaler board in the TV and presumably some software - this will be done under warranty if you have bought the TV HD ready or have had the HD upgrade. For other members information; the change has already been introduced, so newer TV's will not need an upgrade (I am not sure exactly when), also you will only need the new scaler if your TV is demonstrating the problem.
