Hello,

Since 1 month, my BV7 is receiving the remote control bad. I need to be in the front of the BV7 with my BEO4.

I have already try:

- with two other BEO4  (with new battery!!!)

- BV7: 230V power out for 1 hour.

...but nothing better 

Is there any service code to reduce the sensibility of the BV7 IR receiver?
