I told my dealer that I would love to come back to them for other reasons than fixing the phone..
B&O delayed the delivery of my phone for almost a month telling that they are fixing software issues and not ready for customer delivery. so much for trying to make it perfect.
Dont get me wrong, I appreciate the fact that they contacted me first and offered to rectify the problem as well we give a free A8..
I just want the product to work.. I love B&O design and I am afraid the quality problems is leaving me with a bad taste..
My wife is super mad, (as she is the one who uses the phone mostly).. She started the new year with the phone flying off the window..I am not joking, I had to go out to my lawn and get it back
She is back to her $50 speaker phone from Walmart..
