I am in the process of scrapping a Beocenter 9000 and the fully working CD mechanism is available for sale.
It was traded in as the sliding doors did not work. Someone has greased and oiled the door mechanisms and I cannot be arsed to clean it all down. I have robbed the glass panels and the cassette mechanism but the CD mech is available.
I have played several CD's and it performs faultlessly.
The clamper spring and the plastic widget also look fine.
£60 plus carriage.
I will remove the mechanism complete with servo board and pack carefully for the carrier of my choosing, probably UPS.
