    Beomaster 7000 humming

The Beomaster 7000 I bought last week produces a humming sound when I'm listening to the radio. All other sources are fine. Has anyone any idea what the problem is?

    Thanks in advance.

Probably a capacitor fault. That's very common. Either on the tuner board itself, in the premplifiers or in the power supply areas.
Ripple voltages from the power supply will fairly easily get into the sensitive tuner circuits.
Could also be a rectifier fault but that is rarer.

Thanks, Martin. Yes - thumbs up That won't be too difficult to fix, I reckon.

The humming disappeared by itself. Is this Beomaster 7000 mending itself, or should I still get it checked?

I would wait till it breaks! If you go pulling it apart, something else will go!!
