    Beosound 4

    Hi,

I have a Beosound 4 & I just wonder if there's a big difference in the sound, between the original CD or the CD's that have been ripped down to the SD card in the Beosound 4..? I havent tryed it yet & I wanna know if it worth the effort.

    Thank's

    Mathias

For me a big difference. I wouldn't rip using the BeoSound 4.

AFAIK the Beosound 4 uses a bitrate of 128 KBps. I don't own one so I'm not really sure. This bitrate is acceptable for most portable players, but in a home environment with good quality speakers I would suggest a higher bitrate.
