Spare Slave Arm / Tone Arm 8002

Does anyone have a spare slave arm for the BG 8002?

Actually I only need the graphite piece that slave arm slides into. It secures the slave arm to the carriage.

Mine has developed crack and the slave arm is very weak.

    Thanks,

This happens if the Beogram was opened by someone who don't know how to do it right.
    I've seen it many times.
In most cases, it's possible to glue the pieces together, drill through them and glue in a thin steel pin
to reinforce the joint. But of course, that depends how much is broken and/or missing.

Yep.... got this one from someone who gave up fixing it.

I noticed that the arm was sagging and wouldn't tighten. I slipped the arm off and it came apart. It is a clean break.

Any thoughts on the torque issue?

    Martin:

You had a friend in Germany custom make knobs for you.

Do you know what kind of "resin" he uses? How strong is the cured product?

I'm wondering how feasible it is to recast this part?
