Is it supposed to come a high frequency sound from the beolabs? The sound is really annoying, especially at low volums.

Are you using the MK3 cables?

I've owned Beolab 3's for a while now, and I've certainly never heard it...

No, they are new. I will try to change the cables when I get home, might be a problem with the old cables. I just used some cables I found on the addict, guess they were homemade.... I will post when I have tried the original cables...And another thing, is there different MK versions of Beolab 3, and How can you see if the cables are MKI, MKII or MKIII?

The times I've had hum or noises coming from B&O speakers it was usually cable related.  Let us know what you find.

I believe the MKIII PowerLink was developed specifically because the ICE amps are sensitive to some types of inteference that A/B amps are not.  MKIII are recommended for all ICE powered speakers.  MKIII are thin with a small triangle on the connector.
