    Beogram 4002 fault

Hi everyone. I was hoping somebody may be able to advise me where i can get my beogram 4002 serviced in the UK. I bought it a couple of years ago and it was working perfectly but now I can't get it to play. It turns on ok but when I press play it seems to lose power. I'm afraid I'm not very technically minded and it would be great to get some help on this.

    Thanks a lot!

    Henry,
Welcome to Beoworld !  Yes - thumbs up

Your Beogram is welcome here in Denmark but I'm sure that someone in the UK will be around shortly to
    help you.
There are a couple of people that springs to mind, like Tim or Nick though I'm not sure how busy they are.

    Hi Martin

Thanks for the reply and offer of help. I was hoping that it would be possible to get it looked at here in the UK - I know these old machines are quite vulnerable to travel.

Henry, did you find anywhere in the UK? I have a few issues with my Beogram 6000 and it would probably benefit from a more professional once-over.

Hi Stu. No, I didn't I'm afraid. I was hoping that someone could suggest a good servicer here in the UK but nothing came up.
