beotalk 1200 can not get to pick up .

    Hi

I have just purchased a beotalk 1200 answer phone. I have followed instruction from manual and recorded my answerphone message. Listened to the message I have left ,all ok. Set the time for pick up after say 10 sec and made sure it is on. However it is not picking up so the phone just rings and rings ahhhhhhhhhhhhh.

    Please can anyone help???Hmm

Have you plugged the beotalk into the primary/incoming telephone connection using the B&O splitter? You will find that the beotalk will not pick-up the calls correctly if plugged into a secondary/ extension phone socket, nor will it work correctly if you haven't used the B&O splitter (or haven't copied the wiring/ pin connections with a non B&O splitter).

Oh, I forgot. A big welcome to Beoworld Speedway!Smile

I used to be indecisive, now I'm not so sure. [W C Fields]

That is where my $ lies... if you are using non original lines, confirm that your pinouts are correct!
