Hi B&O guys

I recently got a pair of Beolab Penta 1 with integrated Amplifiers.

One of them went into off state (red led) while i was testing them.

so i thought i will check all connections, see if the switches are ok und when i am already at it, replace the capacitors...

but maybe someone can help, where to start. should i replace all caps? including the two of the power supply? what about replacing the opamps? what makes most sense?

All the answers you need seem to be in that thread!

With old stuff like pentas replacing the electrolytic caps is always a good idea, especially those in the power supply (contact member Dillen! He sells good cap kits). Those in the crossover can be replaced by ordinary electrolytics or film capacitors for crossovers (don't buy expensive 'audiphile' film caps, cheaper ones like Intertechnik will do just fine) for a bit better quality.
