    Beovision 9 media not starting up

    I have a Beovision 9 tv with the media functions in it. Recently when I try to launch the LIST PC from the Beo4 remote I get a black screen with no response. Also the BO application on the mac that I use to connect to the TV does not connect as it cannot find the device on the network. 

    The TV functions work OK. 

    I restarted the TV by plugging on and off and the problem is still there. 

    Any help is appreciated.

    I suspect the power supply for the Beomedia 1 inside the BeoVision 9. I have just had a similar case where we exchanged this and then it worked.

    Note: This is not something you can do by yourself; you have to call your local shop or service center..
