    LC1 and BEO4

I have an LC1 and would like to know how to set it up to use with the BEO4 I can turn the light on with the remote and adjust the intensity up and down of the light in question via the LC1.  However other then using my A* key ring how do I turn the LC1 off with the BEO4 remote???

Also is it possible to set the light intensity to a predetermined level so that it always turns on tho that setting via the BEO4??.  If so how does this work programming wise via the Beo4 remote???

    THANX!!!!

I faced the same situation recently.

I just whipped out my ol Beolink 1000 terminal and shift-link-go to- (lamp number) and store.

LIGHT STOP to turn off the light.

LIGHT LIGHT (or LIGHT GO) to turn on the light, full power.

LIGHT plus a NUMBER, to turn on the light at a certain intensity.

You can program that intensity, by doing LIGHT, LIST, SETUP... you need to download the user guide to see exactly.

You can find a version of the LC2 user guide here:

    http://www.bang-olufsen.com/user-guides?cat=BeoLink&prodid=106&typeid=1

They work approximately the same. Except that for the LC1 you need to key in a number before you can change the intensity by using the UP and DOWN.
