Seanie: apparently the drive is like £860 ish and two hours reccomended fitting in a workshop.
£860 seems a little on the high side i'm sure i heard it was less than that, but anyway, how much were they charging for labour to get it over £1000 £70 per hour?
My view on this is, how much does your dealer want to keep you on side, it's a replacement part for a TV they sold you, so why not do it as a reduced price for those customers. Surely as long as they cover their costs it would be a good PR excersise.
And as for the BeoVision 9, 16K must be including the Beo5 at £500 (which isnt much of a consolation), but i bet there are a few dealers out there ready to do deals on ex-display stock, Lee even has one on his site at a good price.
