Link problem Beomaster4500 and Beolab 2000

    Dear B&O Experts

Question: I have a Beomaster 4500 s.w. 2.2 (or 2.1...?) with a 4500 CD-player. A childhood dream has come true as the system has two-way communication and in mint condition. Thus I works perfrectly with my MX4000 with two way communication and my Beolink 7000 + Beolink 5000 + LC2.

The programming potential is quit something (even though the Beolink 5000 in not very practible and people think I am crazy because I use the Beolink 7000 when I could use my Beo 4 insted - but being B&O nerd has it's prize).

Problem - I have linked the Beomaster 4500 with a Beolab 2000 via a Masterlink/Datalink converter. However, I cannot control the Beomaster 4500 from the Beolab 2000, HOWEVER, when I have turned on the Beomaster I can the sound out of the Beolab 2000. I have tried to put the BM4500 in all possible sound modes but it still does not work. How can I control the BM4500 system from the Beolab 2000 - what do I need to help?

Thank you in advance - I hope somebody can solve this problem. If so I will be the happiest Dane in the country.

    Best regards

    Christian
