Re: BEOWORLD PRIZE DRAW -- JULY 2009
7th Prize
Rare 'Break Point' book + Vision og Legende
Here we have a really special 8th Prize for you. It's "Break Point" - a 184 page paperback charting the near demise of Bang & Olufsen as a company in the late 1980's - and how Anders Knutsen shook up the company and turned it round. An excellent read, but long out of print and very rare now, especially in Mint Condition as this one is. We found one copy in the world for sale on Amazon for $130+ !! Just to add an extra special sheen to the prize, we will also include 'Vision og Legende' - itself a superb read charting the history of B&O from conception to present day. What a Prize!
The winner is -
Mr M. Pedersen (madskp) of Aarhus, Denmark
Enjoy the read !!

6th Prize
Collectors Bang & Olufsen A4 Wave CD Rack
You cannot buy these any more, and rarely do they come up on the used market.. So, what if we told you we had a NOS (new, old stock) A4 Wave CD Rack. This is the even rarer 'A4 Large' version, made from a single piece of Aluminium and a capacity to hold up to 24 CD's - although you can hold whatever you like on it! Even empty, the A4 CD rack is a work of art and is highly prized by Bang & Olufsen collectors worldwide. Boxed, unused and as fresh as the day it left Struer almost 10 years ago.. A surefire appreciating asset to keep and cherish. Only BeoWorld offers Prizes like this.. really!
The winner of this beautiful hand crafted rarity is..
Mr R. Rackham (richardr) of Ipswich, UK
Congratulatiions from all at BeoWorld !!!..
