    Beomaster 1001. Probably worth saving since the dial screen and the preset cover are still there!

    Welcome to Beoworld !  Yes -  thumbs up

    Definitely a Beomaster 1001 (as would also be readable on the top surface) and I agree it's worth fixing.
    Is it white or light oak ?

    The part that is taped to the top is the front part of the large slider.
    It should have three little fingerwheels and two nylon slider parts (these are often found stuck in dust in the
    groove in which they normally travel).

    Without doubt a BM1001.

    I remember seeing that in my dealer's showroom in the late 1970's, when I chose to invest (it was a fortune, then) in my BeoMaster 3400. See how the design is very similar, and the push buttons are identical.
