    Demotion From Gold Founder Member To Bronze

    Hi

    I have just noticed that my membership has been downgraded to bronze from gold founder member even though my subs

    were paid for in the middle of May........is there a problem at the moment?

    Any ideas as to how to get re-instated back to gold founder member?

    Hmm...

    The system doesn't show you as having renewed your Gold Membership!  Could you please recheck your card has been charged?

    If it has, you will have had an email from BeoWorld. If you could forward that to me at beoworld_admin@mac.com that would be great!
