After spending several restless nights & a trip to the showroom I end up nowhere.  The guy at the showroom did what I had done back home and made it.  So there shan't be any problems with the hardware. The problem is that whenever I type copy no logo of Beosound 2 or 6 is shown even they are connected , just the word 'playlist'.  I've removed & reinstalled the Beoplayer software & Beosound 2 firmware time and again with no effect.  Please help.
