Best: Adding BL5s to my setup. Probably, I should also mention BV5 which has been a relatively simple & classy & robust piece of kit doing exactly what I expected it to do … it’s worked very hard and looked gorgeous delivering thus a lot of pleasure for years, while endless discussions on things “future-proof” raged here on BeoWorld

Worst: (Conventionally) the Philips based DVD1 – total rip off & fatal malfunctioning (‘smartly’ after guarantee expired) & cosmic price of “repair” (which the dealer with a sad smile didn’t “suggest”) - here I almost feel cheated by B&O, indeed! I bought this thing immediately after it’d been launched, the outcome of which really made me more suspicious of doing so in the future… Then again, on other occasions I’ve been treated truly nicely by B&O so my perception is I’ve been more than compensated for this little nuisance.
