Need a Beomaster 3000-2 Volume Slider

    Hi,

I'm looking for a volume slider from a Beomaster 3000/3000-2. Bass, Treble or Balance Slider would also work.

Need it for an otherwise (more or less) great looking 3000-2. I really don't want to sell this for parts, so I thought I'd ask here.

Maybe someone has a spares unit that is already missing other parts....

    Hi,

I may be able to help.  You should really ask for the one that is broken because they are not all the same value and one or two are logarithmic.

Volume, Balance & Treble are 20K whereas Bass is 50K

Volume & probably also Balance are logarithmic whereas Bass & Treble are linear

Sorry, seems that was a bit unclear...

I have the potentiometer, I only need the plastic and metallic parts that are on the front.

One of the reasons why I love Beoworld is the kind support from all members: The Beomaster is alive again! Smile

Richard was kind enough to supply me the missing slider and even a new transistor (after I killed one due to a little mishap with a amperemeter Whistle) and now it works and looks like new.

    Many, many thanks again!

Excellent work by both of you - I love seeing these pieces restored to their original glory.
