    alen you do take some incredible pictures and it has been a joy to be able to look at them all. i'm glad you get pleasure from the bl5s as i feel like they are one of the best speakers that i have ever heard.

    very nice setup!

    beolab5 are wonderful(in my opinion the most beautiful loudspeaker made by B&O),considering the price you pay for them,aren't a little oversize for your living room???

    Wouldn't be enough a pair of Beolab 3?

    No, BL5 is not oversize. I am a bass freak and very loud music listener.

    Room adaptation works wonders!

    Congratulations upon a superb looking, and no doubt superb sounding system, and to your interior decorating skills.

    Out of curiousity, for movies, may I ask what source are you using, and how do you find the active speakers in the Beovision 8 - 40 match with the Beolab 5's as regards centre channel use?

    Please keep the photos coming; this has been a most enjoyable thread to read through and view.

    Haven't been on the forums for quite some time now with very busy times, but it's been great to see your setup "evolve" quite handsomely Alen. When I join the BL5 owners club, I'll be sure to take some photos too Wink it's just a matter of time!

    Thanks for your praise.

     As a source for watching HD movies I'm using Blu ray player LG BD 390 and WD HD TV.


    In the menu of BV8 there is a choice for BL5 front speakers. The system is balanced. Sound is great!
