hello i must say it is a pleasure to look at your pictures i love bang-olufsen and enjoy looking at what some of the owners have. i must admit its refreshing when people take the time to share there collection of what they have with others as i have asked certain people on this forum how they feel there products perform and also to see pictures of there setups with various things only to be ignored. thank you for sharing your pictures once again very nice.

I have Philips DVD player and Sony DVD with 160GB HDD recorder. (See the picture)

For High Definition I use a WD TV HD media player. I watching DVD rips, .mkv 720p and 1080p

I use a Panasonic DVD which dosn't have an impressive picture, so I try not to use it very much. It was OK with my old MX6000, but now I really see that it is no good. For HD I use a TViX M6500A, and it is really here that the BV8 excells. Wauv, the picture is brilliant. And don't even get me started on the sound. Even with no extra speakers, it is genious. LOVE IT

hi alen and thank you for responding i have one of the new philips lcd tvs which has a very good picture it has 100hz and pixel precise technology i no its not a bang-olufsen but comes a close second with the picture quality. i have a philips bluray player also the bdp3000 and i have to say that with upscaled dvds the picture quality is spectacular has a very 3-d look with extreme motion sharpness and clarity watching blurays is an even more visual treat and would recommend it to any potential buyer it also has a very quick loading time and runs very quiet to. i can only wonder what the picture quality would look like on a bv-8 if i had the money i would definately get a bang-olufsen tv i kinda envy you owners that have these incredible products and hope you all get enjoyment every time you watch tv and listen to music and movies. alen is it possible to take a picture of your tv from your viewing position please and also tell me what you think of the bass quality from the intergrated speaker of your tv thank you.
