    Beo5 not recognised.

I have had the config for some time now but am unable to use any versions on either vista or XP, both are unable to load the drivers for the beo5 so I am having to use my daughters notepad which is nt to connect to the configurator!

Anyone know why this is the case? I have spent literally hours banging my head so to speak, reconnecting, rebooting, reinstalling but vista will not recognise the 5 once connected.

The most likely cause is the PC's you are using have a SIS USB chipset which does not work with the Beo5.

Thanks Keith, is there no work around?

There is no workaround other than making sure your PC does NOT have a SIS USB controller or SIS USB chipset on your motherboard.

Actually, I allso had this problem on my laptop, but then I tried to connect to my Belkin USB network HUB http://www.belkin.com/networkusbhub/.

On this genious thing your can connect BEO5 and it will work on all PC's you have connected in your home ethernet.

    Regards
