Hi All

I have just loaded up new sofware for my beoport and when it trys to update my firmware I get a pop up that say's "Firmware update did not complete successfully. The connected beoport box could not be firmare updated possibly due to a defect in the box please contact your local dealer for assistance"

Can any one help this has beed going on for over 3 years I purchased the unit new in 2004.

and what does "your local dealer" say ...

They just give me a blank look.

I am going to see them today regarding my beo5 remote that has decided not to display any icon beside lounge so will ask again.
