Une solution pour changer ou reparer le CD sur un BC 8500?

Je mets le cd, il tourne un peu et s'arrete et rien ne se passe.

La partie cellule semble "libre" est ce normal?

search the site for c2103 and there are explanations to your problem they are in english hope you understand.it`s the same for your bc8500
