Hi all, what have B&O got in the pipe line for new speakers?

Can they really come up with anything more advanced from the Beolab 5 in terms of state of the art technology/design. What are they working on as in RnD at the moment. (Bearing in mind the current recession)

What ideas have "you" got for new products or changes you'd like to see?

I'd love to loose all the mass of cables. especially "Scart sockets"!!!!!

I don't think anyone knows what they have in R&D and, if they did know, couldn't post on a public forum. Ever seen the trouble the various rumours sites got in to, over Apple leaks?

Unless I'm wrong, the only new speaker is a cheaper subwoofer. Do B&O need new speakers? I think they've got most bases covered with the BL3, BL9 and BL5. I'd have hoped they'd concentrate on selling these, rather than push yet more new speakers.

moxxey, Cant say i have seen the trouble with rumours but will take a look.

"Personally" I love B&O for its speakers. Not one for TV to be honest.

Only have a small room with 28in avant, penta fronts, beolab2 and beolab 8000 rears. So have more than enough power to keep me happy.

Would love a pair of Beolab 5 but dont think my small room would do them justice. Plus my neighbours dont think much to what i have now anyway, everytime i turn it above vol 40 there dog starts singing along!! Grrrr

IMHO anyone can keep making Tv BIGGER and better but was just thinking where do B&O go from here with speaker tehc?

Scart is old, awfull and out of date.

a loudspeaker between the beolab 3 and the beolab 9 would be very very nice!
