Hi all.  

I bought a Beocom 6000 Mk1 from eBay as faulty, and although everything works apart from the LCD, I can't see to set it up with my PSTN.

What's needed therefore is another handset.

All I care about is that it works - especially the screen. 

Missing buttons, damaged casing, dead battery... none of that matters because I have a donor here.  So long as it works I am happy.

Just to update, it's not the zebra strip, and I don't think it is the LCD, as this works when a small current is passed through the various terminals. That said, it could be a red herring, as there are voltages present at the LCD terminals on the board.  So, either my LCD or board, unlikely to be both.
