    Beogram 5500 to beomaster 3300 earth lead question.

    My first post!

    I have a Beomaster 3300 and have just got a Beogram 5500 from e bay.

    The Beogram came with 2 phono leads and an earth wire.

    I have bought an adapter -female phono to 5 pin din ( the cable guy said only 5 pin needed)

    Where do I put the earth lead.

    At present without connecting it there is a bit of a hum !

    Connect it to the casing of the DIN plug where it goes into the Beomaster. Seven pins allows remote control but you will have to rewire the lead from the Beogram.
