    My Beosound 6, HELP!!!

My Beosound 6 varies the colour of Cursor Line automatically, I have ever seen it displayed 4 different colour: green / brown / yellow / blue, but the product advertisement just showing one colour - Green, as well the Guide Book does not tell me anthing about varing of colour of Cursor Line.

    1) Does the Cursor Line of Beosound 6 display only one kind of coulor - Green?

    2) If so, Is my Beosound 6 running wrong?

Anybody have had same experience like this?

I think the Cursor changes colour to indicate the battery status. I never heard it would turn blue though.

    Regards

    Alex

Thanks for your message Alex,  the change of colour does not indicate the battery status because it happens occasionally, I just found 3 or 5 times of change within the use period of 5 months, I bought it on 31 October 2008

Take it back to your dealer - it should be under warranty.

Yes, I did so, but the dealer have no idea about it and can not give me explanation, I left the product there for examining. 2 days has passed, no result at all.

As far as I know dealers are required to either fix your item or if they cannot do so replace it with a new one. The quality of customer service & warranty is one of the reasons you pay a premium for B&O products so don't let them fob you off with excuses.

Alex, you are right, a green cursor colour indicates that the music player is fully charged, the colour then changes to orange / yellow shades to indicate the status of the bettery, but I don't know why it would turn blue.

Yes, Chris, I agree, I will keep pushing until receive a satisfying result.

The dealer has checked the unit and found LCD is defective with white dot, this is product defect and covered by B&O's guarantee, the dealer has agreed to repair it by replacing a new LCD, let me see what it'll be when new LCD is fixed.
