    Beogram CD 50 Problem

I recently purchased a used Beogram CD 50 to complete my 5000 system.  I purchased it as-is and the only problem so far seems to be a sluggish tray mechanism.  Many times the tray does not have the power to properly load the cd without some help.  I see a rubber belt in the mechanism and I assume that like the Beocord it needs to be replaced.  Does anyone know of a good source for these?  I purchased my Beocord belts from Martin and they worked flawlessly, if he's checking the forums, do you also have any replacement belts for the Beogram?

Yes Martin can supply a belt for this but another contributary problem will be dried grease in the loading tray mechanism. You need to strip it down and clean off the old grease and replace with fresh silicon grease.
